Nelson's column! The lions! The National Gallery! Red buses constantly streaming by! It doesn't get much more London than Trafalgar Square.

Froststar looked across at all the people gathering around her. She smiled, standing on a raised stage with her fellow heroes Hawkblade and Pyrexia. Froststar was still new to being a hero, but she knew it was more than just fighting crime. It was about teaching the importance of virtue to others, and reaching out to the community.
Pyrexia was in charge of this mission, being the senior member and head of the Community Outreach Program at Olympus. Froststar knew this was a little event, and not worthy of the Olympian greats like Justice or Voltage, but she still found pride in being an Olympian. They were, after all, there to do some good.
The stage they were on was metal with huge banners hanging behind them, detailing a black stilloutte of a man who looked very similar to the deceased legend Captain Omega. Crowds were gathered, some cheering with delight, others with banners labelled 'No heroes are super' and various anti-Olympus slogans. But despite the fact that it looked as if it was going to rain, and the unhappy people mixed in the throng of supporters, Froststar was confident that today would be a good day.
The Redeemer of Men watched from a nearby building. He stood still, silent. Preservation flew down next to him and knelt, her head bowed. The Redeemer raised her up.
'I'm glad you came,' the Redeemer said softly.
Preservation looked at him in slight awe and nodded. 'Of course I would. Anything to preserve superhumans. And those crowds down there don't understand any of us. But we are perfect, aren't we?' she said, her eyes fixed on the supers below. Preservation wanted them for her collection. She looked at the Redeemer. 'But you know, we could always go back to mine,' she suggested. 'You could take off that suit, and I could stick you in a piece of clear ice. The centre of my collection. The most powerful of us all!' She looked at him hungrily.
The Redeemer looked like he was going to be sick. 'Erm, maybe some other time, alright. Let's focus on the task at hand.'
'But you said we were going to be friends Redeemer!' she said in a hissy fit.
'Well, we are,' the Redeemer agreed warily. 'Just, not best friends yet.' Preservation looked content and the Redeeemer turned away, shaking his head. He tapped a button on his suit and suddenly he was linked in the vigilante network owned by Raymond Rome. The vigilante call for arms was being send out. How pathetic.
Shortly afterwaeds, both Tephra and Windman appeared, but the Redeemer waited for his recruits. Then, it would be time to strike.
(OOC: Event started! Let's gather and go guys! The Olympians are not going to like the vigilantes but they hate the villains worse, so common cause I sense. Feel free to write them as you go; use anyone except the Redeemer! I hope I wrote them okay! I will keep an eye on events and use the NPC heroes/villians (when you guys aren't using them) and the Redeemer to spice things up.)

Margarita approached The Redeemer and observed the rest. Slight wicked smile appeared on her lips. She looked at The Redeemer and said. "I am ready. Just say when."

Taniel flew into the group, landing next to Margarita and nodded his hat at The Redeemer in greeting.
"What's the plan boss?"

The Redeemer nodded to both of them. 'It's good to see you both. We're just waiting for a few more people (OOC: Not a admin length wait guys! Just for a bit.) and then I plan to hit them with everything we've got. Time to make a scene and capture those Olympians. Alive. I need at least one alive,' the Redeemer told them. 'Crowd control is needed as well. He looked at them all. Go hard, go loud. Don't give them a chance.'

Olem was bored. Deadly bored. Clothes shopping wasn't his forte, especially when he was shopping for something as mundane as a suit. He took a small break away from the incredibly expensive clothing shops to eat some lunch in Trafalgar square, when he noticed a bunch of Olympian super's posturing and pouting in front of supporters lined with press. 'Bunch of fucking cretins' he thought angrily to himself, walking past them to a large stone lion and sat down, eating a burger he'd bought a few minutes earlier.

On the other side of the crowd, Aurora entered Trafalgar Square with a few bags in her hands. After everything that had gone on, she decided that what she needed was a bit of retail therapy. She still hadn't got a dress for the Flynn's party, but she was saving that for going out with Margarita. Aurora noticed the stage and the crowd. Still indifferent about Olympus, she stood with the crowd and looked on at the stage to see what they were campaigning about.

The Redeemer watched as the Olympians began to get ready to start the speeches. Lights were lit up and still the Redeemer waited.
He snapped his fingers. 'Reaper, to me.' His suit hummed and his cloak caught in the wind. 'I think we're just waiting for Parasite now,' he told the assembled supers.
The Redeemer turned to look down at the crowds. 'Look st them all. They don't even realise that the new order is beginning. It's time to set the cracks, which will cause the fall.'
He turned to his allies. 'Are you ready? It's nearly time.'

Nathan wandered into Trafalgar Square, wearing a black long coat and dark sweater. Drawn by the noise, which was effecting his enjoyment of Gilmore Girls, he looked at the Olympian's on stage. His brow furrowed.
Nathan stuck his hands in his pockets and glanced around, before noticing Aurora by the side of the square. He looked around and saw Olem slouching by the side of the square as well. Nathan flipped out his old Nokia and quickly texted Herbert and Chris to alert them to the vigilantes presence. Job done, he walked over to Aurora.
'How are you doing, Helen Parr?' he asked irrelevantly, a grin attached to his face. The lights on the Olympus stage lit up, blinding Nathan briefly.

'Helen Parr?' Aurora thought as she turned around to tell the person that she wasn't who they were looking for. Her friendly smile faltered slightly as she saw Nathan's face. “Oh, it's you.” Her expression became gentler for a moment. “You know, even though I still think you're a slime ball, I'm glad to see you. I feel like I haven't seen much of anyone recently.” She noted and glanced back at the stage. “Do you know what this is?”

Nathan grinned. 'That's the nicest thing you've ever said to me!' He looked up at the horde, converging around the Olympus stage. He shrugged.
'If I know Olympus, which I don't, being a homeless man;' he coughed. 'Then it's probably a high profile demonstration of might disguised as an attempt to provide outreach to those communities who feel oppressed by others with powers greater than their own, in the hope that the lay people will realise that have power of their own to help other, but really showing that they serve supers and although only tactility, an acknowledgement that Olympus is the real government here.'
Nathan shrugged. 'Or something like that. I only recognise one of the Olympians up there, and it's definitely not Scooby Dog.' He turned to Aurora. 'Speaking of which, where is the dog detective?' He glanced at the fourth wall.

Herbert suddenly pushed himself through the crowd, wearing a his grey coat and a frown.
"Hey, what's going on here?" He asked Aurora and Nathan.

The Redeemer looked to Reaper. 'Capture those Olympians, Reaper. At least the one with one arm. I want her alive. That goes for all of you.' He looked at them sternly.
'On my order. I just want to see if Parasite turns up. If not,' he looked down at the Olympians, 'then we'll go. Not long now. Not long at all. The speech is about to start.'
